Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Follow process guidelines and productivity targets.
• Stay updated with process-related information and daily updates.

Shift Details

• Day Rotational Shift for both Males and Females

Working Days

• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational weekly offs
