We are currently having openings in our Voice Process work from home (Work from office option is also available as per business requirements)With fixed salary.

Designation-

Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Contract 90 days

Job Profile-

Have to resolve customers query Voice Call

System Requirements Minimum Win 10 needed with 8GB ram and i5 or above / Ryzen 5 or above processor mandatory Proper Internet connection.

Mandatory Criteria-

Min HS Passed.

Fresher & Experience (Min 12 months) both can apply.

Excellent verbal communication skill in English and Hindi without major MTI for Voice process

Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in the last 3 months.

Customer orientation.

Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts.

No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.

10.5 hours of the day, 9.5 hrs. work and 1 hour break, 2days rotational off

Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy.
