Walk-in Interview For API Production @ Chandanagar  11th Jan-Openings: 300

Role & responsibilities

Production Operations

• Execute API manufacturing activities such as charging, reactions, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and packing.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to process controls.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in BMRs, logbooks, and shift handover registers.
• Comply with cGMP, safety, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits (USFDA, WHO, EU, etc.).
• Report deviations, incidents, and non-conformances promptly.

Equipment & Safety

• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and associated equipment.
• Ensure equipment cleaning, line clearance, and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling chemicals and solvents.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture on the shop floor.

Coordination & Teamwork

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and EHS teams.
• Assist seniors in process improvements, yield optimization, and cost reduction.
• Train and guide helpers, operators, and contract workforce when required.
