Job Description:1.Screen incoming resumes and application forms through different channel of recruitments 2.Flexible with traveling. 3.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) 4. Prepare and distribute assignments, language and logical reasoning tests 5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers 6. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events 7. Previous work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role 8. Similarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases 9. Experience with sourcing techniques 10. Good verbal and written communication skills
