Walk-In – Solvent Recovery Plant – Executive
1. Major Areas responsibilities:
- To operate the packed tower column efficiently with specific quality of the solvent in the shift.
- To maintain online documents and daily records.
- To coordinate with production and quality control department for smooth supply of distilled solvents.
- To follow all HSE related requirements while operating solvent recovery plant.
- To train subordinate for smooth operation of Solvent recovery system.
- Timely reporting to the incharge.
- To troubleshoot the system as and when required for to reduce downtime.
2. Knowledge:
- Basic solvents , physical and chemical properties with MSDS
- Instrumental knowledge On/off pneumatic controllers etc.
- Importance of HSE & HAZOP
- Troubleshooting of system in operation
Walk-In – Process Engineer – Executive
1. Major Areas responsibilities:
- To Perform New and existing equipment mapping for scale-up. Observation of optimization and validation batches in plants.
- Modification , changes in set up as per process requirement for productivity improvement.
- Handling of troubleshooting for desire quality and quantity API and intermediate
- Investigation of failure of batches.
- To conduct HAZOP, PSSR for API and intermediate
- Scaleup related calculation,Utility calculation, review of URS, review of sizing of equipment.
- Preparation of PFD, P&IDs.
- GMP documentation and preparation of all data in excel and word File.
1. Job Requirement:
- Dept. – Process Engineering:
- Section – For Research and Development activities in Continuous Flow Synthesis
- Qualification – BE/B. Tech Chemical Engineering
- Experience – 4 to 8 Years
- Should be familiar with Mirco reactor, ATFE, ATFD, LLE ,SPDU system with their working principle

Walk-In – Deputy Manager – Production (Steroids)
1. Major Areas responsibilities:
- The Deputy Manager is responsible for all Production activity and plant. Daily production plan as per production planning to achieve the target.
- Raw material planning and ensure consumption of raw material as per standard norms. Manpower planning and co-ordinate with other departments heads for smooth operation of manufacturing activities.
- Responsible for quality and yield of all products manufactured in respective plant and for technology transfer of products. To review batch production records, standard operating procedures for the production of intermediates or API, ensure processing is going on as per written SOPs.
- To evaluate investigation and reporting critical deviations. To ensure all necessary calibrations are performed and recorded.
- To review and approve production related validation documents.
- To conduct and record training to production person engaged in the manufacturing activities. Timely review performance of subordinates.
- To ensure the compliance of safety appliances by all personnel in the plant. To motivate the staff for safe working operation and take care of general safety in the manufacturing plant.
2. Criteria for the post
- Person must be BE chemical/Msc organic chemistry first class.
- Person should have at least 10-14 years experience in API manufacturing.
- Person should have worked in USFDA approved company.
- Person should be Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager in current company.
Mega Walk-In – Production Executive – General API/Steroids/Anticancer
Role & responsibilities
Executive Production is responsible for process parameters as per standard and yield and quality maintain during manufacturing , as per production plan , Raw material , packing material indent to stores. Documentation indent to QA and execution in plant. BPR review and submit to QA, daily, monthly verification records. Monthly stock statement Ist day of month and Raw material, solvent reconciliation in the IInd day of month. General material requisition monitoring/authorizing and housekeeping inside in manufacturing block. To ensure no short cut is used in Process. In addition to handling incoming and outgoing communication, executive might be in charge of scheduling meetings, document review and preparation and possibly overseeing other staff. To encourage and motivate to subordinate with respect to discipline and safety and look after every activities/operations in plant by safety point of view to prevent any major or minor incident/accident
