Role & responsibilities
The Quality control Executive is responsible for day to day work planning, as and when required do the analysis, Review the analysis data for its correctness and accurate. Supervise all the officers for safely working and with basic analytical techniques. The data will be reviewed inline with current specification and standard test procedure. Executive is responsible for on job training to all officers. Investigate all the laboratory error, deviation and OOS with the co-ordination with QC officer and QA officer as per defined time line. Ensure all the required document, reagents made available for analysis.
Role & responsibilities
Executive Production is responsible for process parameters as per standard and yield and quality maintain during manufacturing , as per production plan , Raw material , packing material indent to stores. Documentation indent to QA and execution in plant. BPR review and submit to QA, daily, monthly verification records. Monthly stock statement Ist day of month and Raw material, solvent reconciliation in the IInd day of month. General material requisition monitoring/authorizing and housekeeping inside in manufacturing block. To ensure no short cut is used in Process. In addition to handling incoming and outgoing communication, executive might be in charge of scheduling meetings, document review and preparation and possibly overseeing other staff. To encourage and motivate to subordinate with respect to discipline and safety and look after every activities/operations in plant by safety point of view to prevent any major or minor incident/accident
