*Role Purpose:* To lead and manage OOS/OOT investigations, ensure compliance with GMP documentation, and strengthen quality systems through effective RCA and CAPA implementation.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle OOS, OOT, and Incident Investigations independently.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.
Ensure adherence to GMP documentation and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance and audit readiness.
