Job Description: Hiring For Asst. Exec./ Executive- Quality Control in Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd!
- To ensure the Laboratory safety.
- To follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
- Operation and Calibration of QC Instruments/Equipments like HPLC, Dissolution, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, TOC, Refractometer, Polarimeter, Viscometer, Potentiometer, Melting Point Apparatus , FTIR, Karl Fischer, Analytical balance, pH meter, Disintegration apparatus, Friability Test apparatus, Conductivity meter etc.
- To maintain cleaning in Lab & all QC instruments.
- Chemical & Physical Analysis of Bulk/ Semi finished/ Finished product/ Stability/Raw materials.
- To Analyze Swab and Rinse Samples.
- To maintain consumption record of working standard, chemical & Solvents.
- Make entry in instrument usage log book, record at the time of analysis & after analysis.
- Handling of hazardous chemical with MSDS (material safety data sheet).
- To prepare of report with complete calculation, signature and date.
- Report review of Raw materials, Finish Goods, Stability samples, Bulk and semi-finished samples and Packing Materials.
