Role & responsibilities
Should have hands on experience on CE, HPLC/UPLC, CD, FTIR, UV method development, method validation and sample analysis.
Should have knowledge about sample handling, sample preparation and sample analysis for peptide characterization activities.
Experience on LCMS, SVAUC shall be preferable.
Should have experience of calibration and maintenance of equipment/instrument in analytical laboratory.
Should have understanding of ICH guidelines for method development and method validation.
Should able to trouble shoot the issues occurred in equipment/instrument in analytical laboratory.
Should have experience on documentation (i.e. STPs, ATPs, MDRs, Protocols, Reports, SOPs etc.) and GLP activities (i.e. Laboratory compliance, Sample management, Data management etc.).
Preferred candidate profile
M.Sc., M.Pharm or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biopharmaceutics with key skills Peptide Characterization and Peptide Analysis Method Development, Method Validation, QC release testing, Stability Analysis can apply for this vacancy.
