Role & responsibilities
To execute & monitoring of packaging activity for Submission, Trial, Placebo and Hold time study batches.

Co-ordination with R&D, Production, QA, PPIC & Warehouse for the timely availability of documents, packaging materials and planning related to packaging activity.
Vendor Audit for primary and secondary packaging Material.
To review the BPRs in document management system.
Change control and related activities for revision based on requirement.

Senior Manager/AGM – Packaging Development Injectable
Role & responsibilities
- Manage Packaging developmental activities for Exhibit, New launches and commercials for general injectable & ophthalmic products (In-house & CRO/CMO)
- Serving as technical representative for packaging-process related issues at the facility.
- Review and implementation on Packaging subject in detailed (end-to-end process) w.r.t.
- Technical, functional evaluation on Packaging Technology.
- Managing review of artworks designing for exhibit and commercials.
- Should & must have DSCSA, Track & Trace related experience in handling the various packaging levels and for the various markets.
- Should have minimum design controls experience in handling the various devices and working for design history file.
- Trouble-shooting support on Packaging Technology.
- Project implementation, timely execution related to Packaging Technology.
- Review and approval of specifications, Testing Parameters, Bill of Materials, Packages configuration, MPRs, Technical Data, Gap Assessment and Risk Assessment.
- Develop alternate vendors, Package standardization, domestic / local vendor development and other special and critical packaging components.
- Finalize Packaging Trade Dress for different product dosages for exhibit and commercial batches.
- Coordinate with internal department like Purchase, R&D, Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Engineering etc., for seamless movement of activities related to packaging.
- Responsible to address various regulatory queries received on packaging from agency.

Research Associate/ Research Scientist – Peptide Characterization
Role & responsibilities
Should have hands on experience on CE, HPLC/UPLC, CD, FTIR, UV method development, method validation and sample analysis.
Should have knowledge about sample handling, sample preparation and sample analysis for peptide characterization activities.
Experience on LCMS, SVAUC shall be preferable.
Should have experience of calibration and maintenance of equipment/instrument in analytical laboratory.
Should have understanding of ICH guidelines for method development and method validation.
Should able to trouble shoot the issues occurred in equipment/instrument in analytical laboratory.
Should have experience on documentation (i.e. STPs, ATPs, MDRs, Protocols, Reports, SOPs etc.) and GLP activities (i.e. Laboratory compliance, Sample management, Data management etc.).
Preferred candidate profile
