Key Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating for process department/customer/vendor/R&D/water/Intermediate products/In process/Finished Product/Recovered solvents.
Review of reportsin instrument for process department/customer/vendor/R&D/water/Intermediate products/In process/Finished Product/Recovered solvents.
Release of documents for process department/customer/vendor/R&D/water/Intermediate products/In process/Finished Product/Recovered solvents.
Review of instrument usage log books
Documentation as per the GLP. Handling of LIMS.
Preparation of standard testing procedure for method development activity and SOP.
Reviewing the instrument preventive maintenance and calibration as per SOP.
Ensuring the safety practices are followe in analytical activity.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal audits and training
- Sending samples to external laboratories for testing and sample custodian.
- General lab maintenance and raise indents for chemical and other laboratory materials.
- Reviewing the analytical method validation and cleaning method validation.
- Reviewing developed analytical method and cleaning methods.
- Reviewing certifying working standard/Reference standard (In house).
Handling of instrument and minor trouble shooting of laboratory instruments
