Roles and Responsibilities

Operate reactors, centrifuges, GLRs, DCS systems, GMP equipment during API production.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in API manufacturing.

Perform solvent recovery processes to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor and control hydrogenation reactions to produce high-quality APIs.

Maintain accurate records of production batches, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to pharmaceutical industry practices.

1-6 years of experience in API production or related field (B.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech/B.E. Chemical).

Proficiency in operating various types of reactors (e.g., glass lined reactors), centrifuges (e.g., decanter centrifuges), GLRs (glass lined reactors), DCS systems (distributed control system), GMP equipment.
