We’re Hiring for Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Quality Assurance (QA)

Are you a senior QA professional with 15–18 years of experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing at a USFDA-compliant facility?

Join our mission to deliver excellence in pharmaceutical quality and compliance.

🔹 Designation: AGM – Quality Assurance (QA)
 📍 Location: Pipan, Ahmedabad
 🏭 Industry: Sterile/Injectable Pharmaceuticals (USFDA-Approved Facility)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor the QA team to drive continuous improvement
✅ Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, EU GMP, etc.)
✅ Maintain audit readiness and lead CAPA implementation
✅ Oversee timely and compliant batch release
✅ Investigate market complaints using root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective actions
✅ Supervise validation and qualification activities for systems and equipment

Required Qualifications:
🎓 B.Pharm / M.Pharm with strong leadership skills
🧪 15–18 years in QA within sterile/injectable pharma (USFDA-approved setups)
🛠 Strong understanding of cGMP, inspections, CAPA, and validation protocols
🤝 Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-driven
