Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for preparation & review of the master documents of sterile manufacturing for parenteral facility.
• Responsible for preparation and review of protocols and reports based on the requirements.
• Responsible for document management and preparation like BMRs, BPRs, master SOPs etc.
• Responsible for the handling of change control, deviations, CAPA, investigation etc.
• Responsible to give training to all the subordinates, technicians and operators of the department.
• Responsible for Audit and compliance on manufacturing shopfloor.
• Knowledge of kaizen and continuous improvements.

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Experience: minimum 2-7 years experience in manufacturing QMS/Process review/Compliance.

Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Officer/Sr. Officer

• Department: Quality Control
• Qualification: Diploma/ B.Sc./ M.Sc/ B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
• Total Experience: 02 to 05 years (Pharma experience only-Injectable is mandatory)

Desired Profile:

1. GLP : Operation and Calibration of HPLC (Waters and SHIMADZU), GC, UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC.
2. RM-PM : Analysis of Raw material and Excipients and handling of HPLC (Waters and SHIMADZU), GC(Agilent), UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC.
3. IP-FP : Analysis and processing of In process and Finished product and handling of HPLC, UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC, Dissolution (Sotax).
4. Document/QMS : Requires strong knowledge in method transfer, verification protocol preparation, SOPs and expertise in OOS/OOT investigations, change control, CAPA, and deviation management.

Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP and understanding of regulatory requirement will be preferred.

REQUIREMENT FOR INJECTABLE MANUFACTURING/ PRODUCTION/PACKING DEPARTMENT

• Designation : Operator/ Assistant / Associate / Technician
• Department : Production (Sterile Manufacturing), Packing (Sterile Packing)
• Qualification : ITI/ Diploma / B.Sc. / B.A
• Total Experience: 02 to 07 years (Pharma-Injectable experience only)

Area: Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT etc.)

Line: Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line

Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), Cartonator, Track & Trace etc.

Requirement of Machine operators for various machines like Vial filling, vial sealing, Lyophilizer, Filtration, Autoclave and Packing Machines like Crtonator, Track & Trace Etc.

Desired Profile:

• To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
• Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial / Bottle filling process is desirable.
• To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of applicable quality procedures.
• Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area related activities.
• Technical exposure and expertise on filling & Autoclave machine.
• Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure of USFDA audits.

• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation related activities.
• Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectable.
• Preparation & review of BMR-BPR
• Three piece sterile eye-drop bottle filling machine operation (Groninger / Optima), Dynomill Operation, autoclave (Fedegari) Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing.
• Packing machines operation and supervision like Cartonator, Track and Trace etc.
