Roles and Responsibilities
Planning, organizing and implementation of training of Diagnostic Centres, Doctors, Coordinators, Calling agents and Supervisors
- Conducting periodic training and assessment and upskilling the staff as per the given protocols
- Coordinate with the hubs for synchrony of the training and adherence of the schedule
- Continuous evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs
- Percolating good understanding of Clinical Processes, Insurance and related policies & National Programs through the Training programs
- Preparing skill-will metrics and profiling of the trained staff
- Implementation and maintenance of complete quality assurance mechanism as per the set protocols by periodic audits on all the Processes
- Generation of monthly performance report on the quality of service delivery.
- To work under guidance of the Quality Manager for Supervision of adherence to the Health policies and Clinical Guidelines of the Healthcare delivery
