Education UG: Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc in Chemistry PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry

Experience: 2 – 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Operate and monitor GLR and GCR reactors for API/intermediate manufacturing processes.
• Handle charging, reaction monitoring, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and material transfer activities.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, and reaction progress.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and quality requirements during production operations.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS teams for smooth manufacturing activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and logbooks.
• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and documentation as per SOPs.
• Support technology transfer, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Identify and report process deviations, incidents, and abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures while handling hazardous chemicals and solvents.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in GLR (Glass Lined Reactors) and GCR (Glass Coated Reactors).
• Knowledge of API manufacturing processes and unit operations.
• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMR, and EHS guidelines.
• Experience in handling distillation, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery operations.
• Good understanding of process safety and chemical handling.
• Basic knowledge of production documentation and regulatory compliance
