Department : Production-Packing

Position : Senior Executive to Assistant Manager

Experience : 12 to 15 Years

Job Profile :

Ø Manage and supervise packing operators and packing supervisors during the designated shift.

Ø Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, etc.).
Ø Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to packing supervisors and operators to enhance their skills and performance.
Ø Plan, organize, and prioritize packing activities to meet production schedules and targets.
Ø Monitor production metrics (e.g., output, yield, downtime) and implement strategles to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Ø Coordinate with other departments (manufacturing, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any operational issues.
Ø To ensure products are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and meet quality standards.
Ø Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence
Ø Monitor and maintain packing equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime.
Ø Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule preventive maintenance

Ø Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize production disruptions.
Ø Maintain accurate records of packing activities, production metrics, and equipment maintenance.
Ø Generate shift reports and performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Ø Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ø Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ø Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization within the packing operations.
Ø Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation among packing team members.
