Hiring – Production Head (AGM/DGM) | Sterile Injectables

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic manufacturing leader to head our Production & Packing Operations at our regulated Sterile Injectable facility.

🔹 Designation: AGM / DGM
🔹 Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / M. Sc
🔹 Experience: 19–25 Years
🔹 Industry: Pharma – Sterile / Injectables
🔹 Location: Karakapatla, Shamirpet, Hyderabad

🎯 Role Summary:Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling manufacturing operations to ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery while delivering production targets within approved budgets and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Production & Packing operations end-to-end
✔ Hands-on exposure in Vial Filling, Ophthalmic, PFS, Liquid & Lyophilization (LYO)
✔ Experience in handling multiple filling lines
✔ Deliver high manufacturing volumes within agreed timelines
✔ Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
✔ Oversee new product scale-up from R&D to commercial production
✔ Ensure equipment qualification, validation & calibration compliance
✔ Review & approve production, validation & QMS documents
✔ Handle expansion / improvement projects
✔ Lead manpower planning, recruitment & team development
✔ Drive performance management, training & succession planning
✔ Participate in strategic planning initiatives

🌍 Regulatory & Compliance Exposure:

Strong experience in handling regulatory inspections from:
USFDA
MHRA
WHO
Must ensure strict implementation of cGMP, Data Integrity, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Assessment, OOS & other Quality Systems across manufacturing operations.
