ADL Team Member
Direct Reporting : F&D Head & ADL Head
- ● Work collaboratively with all cross functional departments like Formulation Development, Compliance & Q.C.
- ● Good in inter and intra departmental communication skills.
- ● Well versed in MS-Excel, MS- Word and MS-PPT.
- ● Proficient in use of computer systems and Information retrieval from Internet and Database.
Skills Required
- ● Basic knowledge with the EU, SRA & ROW regulatory guidelines.
- ● Knowledge in GDP, GMP & GLP guidelines.
- ● Well versed in handling of equipment’s like HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, D.T etc.
Sr. Assistant (Engineering Department)
Direct Reporting : Officer Engineering
- ● Handling maintenance activities of HVAC, Cooling towers, refrigeration and air conditioning system.
- ● Carrying out breakdown maintenance, breakdown analysis & preventive maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration and air conditioning system & Utility equipment as per the schedule
- ● DP/Temp./RH monitoring in manufacturing area
- ● RLAF/Pass box filter replacement and day to day maintenance and operation activity
- ● Contribution in energy conservation
- ● Handling of QMS (daily log/SOP/etc.)
Skills Required
- ● Knowledge of HVAC and AHU operation and maintenance
- ● Gas testing and Gas charging in industrial AC units.
- ● Documentation (GMP) & engineering related
Sr.Officer (QC Department)
Direct Reporting : Manager (Finished Product /Stability Study Section)
- ● To carry out analysis of Semi-finished and Finished products. Also process validation samples, stability samples as well as Rinse / Swab samples on HPLC System as well as by chemical and physical parameters testing.
- ● Review of analytical raw data of Finished Products and Stability study sample analysis
- ● Handling of QMS documents like, OOS, OOT, Lab Incidents and Change Control, Deviations.
- ● Responsible for receipt of samples with intimation & entering in the Respecting logbook
- ● Give the requisition for test data sheet and other QC documents for issuance
- ● Responsible for testing of Finished products/In process/semi-finished/Hold time study sample/Validation sample analysis as per respective STP and Specification and reporting online
Skills Required
- ● Should hand’s on High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrument and good testing knowledge about Finished Product Analysis and Stability Samples
- ● Should hand’s on review of analytical raw data of Finished Products and Stability study sample analysis
- ● Exposure in Handling of QMS documents like, OOS, OOT, Lab Incidents and Change Control, Deviations.
