Achieve right-first-time quality as per specifications
Comply with the budgeted production plan
Comply with statutory and EHS norms
Ensure reduction of RM, utility norms, and yield improvement in the process
Implement approved CAPEX and process improvement actions for new product development
Desired Candidate Profile
BE|BTech or M.Sc with 3 to 8 years of production experience in pharma intermediates | API
No ATKT in any subject or year gap in academic
Should have scored 55% and above in all classes
