Job Description:
Preparation of new drug master files to Regulatory markets like US, Europe and ROW markets for submission in timely manner as per the company goals.
Preparation of Amendments variations to Regulatory Markets (Europe, US, Canada).
Responsible for customers requests on technical packages, applicant part, and day to day regulatory requirements.
Collection and review of documents corresponding to new filings and Amendments from cross functional teams.
Preparation of Applicant parts, Customer notifications for Regulatory markets (Europe, US, Canada).
Preparation of open part DMF for various customers.
2) Project Management – Executive level – Requirement
Department: Project Management
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Pharma / B.Pharm / MBA
Experience: About 2 – 4 Yrs in Project Management
Designation: Executive/ AM
Skills: Good chemistry knowledge to understand generic compound structure & major route of synthesis, good at MS Office & presentation skills and positive attitude.
Prepare project charter, Initiate Kick-off meeting and align resources for the project execution
Applying NOC / TL / Renewals of license
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan in MS team / Excel
Organise designation forms by coordinating with Chemical research, Analytical research, RA and DQA teams
Conduct periodic health checks of the Project Plans to ensure quality of project planning and control
Monitor progress and make adjustments, or escalate on time
Prepare and circulate the project progress on biweekly / monthly basis
