Technical Assistant -Production (OSD Formulation)

Role & responsibilities

Aurobindo Pharma is urgently hiring skilled Technical Assistants for our OSD Formulation manufacturing facility in Naidupeta, Tirupati. We are conducting interviews Virtual through MS Teams for shortlisted candidates.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on machine operation experience in the following core areas:

• Granulation: Operation and troubleshooting of RMG, FBD, FBP, Roll Compactor, and Blenders.
• Compression: Operation of high-speed compression machines (Fette, Sejong, Cadmach, Korsch, etc.), tool changeover, and troubleshooting.
• Coating: Handling Auto-Coaters, solution preparation, and ensuring defect-free coating operations.
• Capsule Filling: Operation and changeover of automatic capsule filling machines (AFG, Pam pac, etc.).
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, safety norms, and company SOPs on the shop floor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 8 years of core machine operation experience in OSD Production.
• Industry: Pharmaceutical (Formulation / OSD) experience is mandatory.

🏢 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: Pharmaceuticals

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹 Manage end-to-end ERP administration (User roles, access, and security).
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve daily transaction issues across modules like Production, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
🔹 Conduct comprehensive ERP onboarding and regular training sessions for end-users.
🔹 Develop and test new MIS reports based on business requirements.
🔹 Execute core operations like blocking lots per QA norms, managing stock removals, and handling outside processing (Job work) recipes.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
✔️ Solid experience in ERP administration and cross-functional support.
✔️ Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing system processes.

Technical Assistant / Executive – Warehouse

Role & responsibilities

Perform daily warehouse activities including the receipt, storage, weighing, and dispensing of Raw Materials.

• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs during all material handling operations.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, stock cards, and inventory records.
• Perform timely and error-free entries in ERP systems for material transactions.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitization, and maintenance of the dispensing areas and equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of core experience in Warehouse / Stores (specifically Raw Material handling and dispensing).
• Industry Preference: Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (API or Formulations) is highly preferred.
• Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com / B.Pharma (Adjust as per your specific requirement
