Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Instrumentation
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Location: Naidupeta, Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh)
Industry: Pharmaceutical (Oral Solid Dosage)

What we are looking for:

✅ Hands-on experience in OSD machinery (RMG, FBP, Compression, Coating, Packaging).
✅ Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI troubleshooting, and VFDs.
✅ Strong knowledge of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance.
✅ Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and USFDA/MHRA audit standards.
✅ Relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics).

 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: Pharmaceuticals

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 Manage end-to-end ERP administration (User roles, access, and security).
 Troubleshoot and resolve daily transaction issues across modules like Production, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
 Conduct comprehensive ERP onboarding and regular training sessions for end-users.
 Develop and test new MIS reports based on business requirements.
 Execute core operations like blocking lots per QA norms, managing stock removals, and handling outside processing (Job work) recipes.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
 Solid experience in ERP administration and cross-functional support.
 Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
 Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing system processes.
