We are hiring for the below position in our organisation at Bachupally location.

• Position: Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager
• Department: Packing (OSD)/QC/Engineering /QA
• Role: Department Head
• Location: Aurobindo Pharma Limited Unit -12, Bachupally, Hyderabad.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager to join with us. The desired candidate must possess Qualitative experience in Packing(OSD) department.

Key Responsible Areas:

· Responsible for overall activity carried out in the packing department.
· Responsible for calibration and preventive maintenance packing machinery at regular intervals.
· Handle investigations of Market complaints.
· Responsible for daily production reports, weekly and monthly stock statements
· Responsible for training and evaluation of technical staff, operators and casuals.
· Responsible for implementation of safety, Health and Environment policy requirements in the department.
· Co-ordination with FRD & PDL for the exhibit batches.
· Ensuring the effective implementation of CAPAs.
· Periodical evaluation of the plant capacity with respect to machines & manpower.
· Able to review all the in-process parameters followed as per batch packing records. If any deviations are observed, it should be addressed through QMS tools.
· Able to initiate and handle exception, change controls & CAPAs as per requirements.
· Able to perform Internal Audits as per the schedule.
· Ensure Compliance for all External & Internal Audit Observations
· Responsible for FGTN of packed batches, Track and trace system, ERP transactions, GEMINI transactions, BPAR & logbook review and DSRS software.

Requirements:

 -B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / M. Sc
 -Minimum 20 years’ experience and not less than 5 years’ experience in handling a team
 -Audits like FDA, MHRA, ANVISA experience is required
 -Strong Interperosnal skills to align with Cross Functional teams
 -Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
