We are looking for an experienced EHS to join our team and drive workplace safety, environmental compliance, and a proactive safety culture within our pharmaceutical EHS operations.

📍 Location: Unit III, Bachupally, Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 8–16 Years
🏭 Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Fire & Emergency Safety: Manage fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and on-site emergency plans.
* Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct workplace risk assessments, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and environmental impact assessments.
* EHS Audits & Compliance: Coordinate internal audits, regulatory compliance, audit observations, and CAPA closure.
* Environmental Management: Drive ISO 14001:2015 compliance, environmental monitoring, and sustainability initiatives.
* Training & Safety Culture: Conduct EHS inductions, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contract workmen.
* EHS Systems & Documentation: Manage SOPs, safety manuals, PPE compliance, change controls, safety committee meetings, and PNC action items.
* MIS & Stakeholder Management: Monitor EHS performance, prepare monthly MIS reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety standards.
