The R&D Executive supports research, experimentation, product development, and process improvement initiatives. The Senior R&D Executive leads complex R&D projects, drives innovation, mentors junior staff, and translates research outcomes into commercially viable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing research experiments, trials, and product development activities
• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data and results
• Support formulation, prototyping, testing, and validation processes
• Conduct literature reviews, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Regulatory, Marketing)
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and minor innovations
• Lead end-to-end R&D projects from concept to commercialization
• Define research objectives, methodologies, and timelines
• Develop new products, technologies, or process improvements
• Analyze complex data and present insights to senior management
• Drive innovation initiatives aligned with business and market needs
• Mentor, guide, and review work of R&D executives and junior scientists
• Collaborate with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, and manufacturing teams
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessment
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, IP protection, and quality systems
• Support patent filings, technical publications, and audits
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
