Job Position: Executive Upstream & Downstream Production
Experience: 3-8 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotech, Microbiology, or related)

Key Responsibilities:

Upstream Production:

1. Operation of bioreactors, fermenters, and incubators
2. Media preparation and cell culture handling
3. Monitoring of pH, DO, temperature, and agitation

Downstream Production:

1. Handling of centrifuges, TFF systems, chromatography skids, and filtration units
2. Execution of purification processes (e.g., affinity, ion exchange)
3. Buffer preparation and CIP/SIP of equipment

Documentation and compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in vaccine/biopharma production processes
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and cleanroom operations
Ready to work in shifts and controlled environments
Strong understanding of equipment and process parameters

Bharat Biotech International Limited is looking for experienced professionals for the following roles:

Department: Production
Roles: Vial Washing, Vial Filling, Autoclave Operation, Compounding & Batch Manufacturing
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm
Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain vial washing, vial filling, and autoclave equipment.
2. Perform batch compounding and solution preparation as per production schedule.
3. Monitor batch manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP.
4. Conduct in-process checks and ensure cleanliness of equipment and area.
5. Maintain batch records and equipment logbooks accurately.
6. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when required.
7. Follow safety protocols and SOPs throughout the operations.
8. Coordinate with QA and other departments for smooth production flow.
