Job description.
Core Responsibilities:
· Analysis of General,β lactam & Cephalosporin Tablet & Capsule for Semi Finish & Finish product.
- Entry of analysis product in concern all register.
Document work of Tablet & Capsule for Semi Finish & Finish product & Raw material.
- Arrange Raw Data & COA in Document room.
- Trace analysis.
- Arrange Samples in Stability Chamber.
- Responsible for Cleaning of Glass ware Drying Room, Center working table (Tablets) & Instrument Room
- Handling Instrument like HPLC, pH meter, Dissolution Apt, Disintegration Test, Viscometer, Polarimeter, Sieve analysis, Tap Density Tester, Refractometer, , Friability, Melting point Apt, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer, UV Spectrophotometer, LOD Oven, Vacuum oven & Muffle Furnace.
- Balance calibration.
- Analysis of Process Validation products.
- Preparation of working standard.
- Analysis of General, β lactam & Cephalosporin Raw material. (Active and Excipient).
- Cleaning of Instruments.
- Entry of analysis product in concern all registers.
- Responsible for Cleaning of Refrigerator, Fume hood room, Routine Sample Storage Room Racks, Center working table (RM) Platform with Cupboard and Instruments.
- Analysis of Re-test material & Reclassification material.
- Audit Related Work.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 (or) 2 to 5 years years of experience in the role of Officer / Executive – Quality Control department in Formulation Plant.
CTC: Will be discussed at the time of Interview.
