Job description.
- Responsible for working upstream process and handling all mammalian cell culture related work shakes flask, T flask, spinner flask handling for media Feed development.
- accountable for planning and executing the 2L/5L bioreactors related work like assembly preparation installation execution and troubleshooting.
- optimize clarification from bioreactor harvest.
- planning and executing media preparation solution preparation and cell culture component preparation and optimization .
- provide technical assistance to facilitate accurate and efficient workflow to meet the timeline.
- responsible for technology transfer and providing other Technical Support to ambernath production unit on requirement basis
- responsible for preparation of SOP’s qualification documentation validation logbook maintenance AMC/CMC and calibration of equipment machines and other day-to-day related activities.
Accountabilities and responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up experiment independently for various R&D projects
- Provide various support to internal and external customer for all required deliveries following the laid time.
- Competencies
- hands on common laboratory instrument viz SS, Single use bioreactors/ Blood glass analyzers, Bioanalyzer/ PH meters weighing balance.
