Role Summary
QA – API – Vishakapatnam
Key Responsibilities
Issuance of BMRs, SRRs, PDRs, Checklists, SOPs, IOPs, EOPs, Protocols, MFRs, Labels, and Log sheets, etc. and to maintain reconciliation records.
Participate in dispatch activity such as inspection of dispatch activity as per PDR, PDR initiation, Verification of product label, Containers inspection, Inspection of transport vehicle, Labels reconciliation, Seals reconciliation etc.
Archival, Retrieval, Retention, Verification and Destruction of quality records.
Verification of audit trail.
Review of master / executed batch manufacturing, Packing and Dispatch, Equipment Cleaning Checklist and its associated documents.
Preparation / Review of Annual Product Quality Review and Trending of Quality Data.
Preparation and Review of process validation, cleaning validation, cleaning verification and non-routine study protocols/reports.
Assigning document control number, conducting initial assessment / impact assessment and review of change controls / Deviation / OOS / OOT (as applicable).
Online monitoring/ checking all manufacturing and its associated activities, such as Batch manufacturing, Sampling, Packing, Sealing of FG/SFG container verification, area and equipment line clearance, material handling, etc.
