Role Summary

Process R&D chemist in TT-MSAT Lab

Performing of Lab experiments in shifts bases and maintaining lab records.

Handling of OOS/OOT experiments and reports

Handling of CIP/OIP experiments and reports

Compliance to laboratory procedures (CGLP) and safety

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance to laboratory procedures.

2. Conducting of experiments and generating relevant data for products.

3. Good chemistry knowledge and align with practical experiment knowledge.

4. Trouble shooting of all products.

5. Regular maintenance of quality and laboratory records.

6. Ensure calibration of instruments & equipment in the lab as per schedule.

7. Management of assigned TT-MSAT/RND/Contract manufacturing project/Raw material qualification.

8. Review of BMRs.

9. In-house calibration of equipment and instruments.

10. Preparation and review of protocols and reports.

11. Initiation and review of change control procedures.

12. To follow and understand the implications of following the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to quality and EHS management systems.

13. Preparation and Review of QMS documents and Handling of QMS activities (Change controls, OOS, OOT, customer complaint investigations and incidents).

14. Documentation and data control.

15. Adherence to Good Manufacturing practices.

16. To follow good laboratory practices.

17. To follow established procedures and policies of the company (quality, safety and zero tolerance) pertaining to Quality and EHS management
