Job Description: Hiring For EXECUTIVE in Biocon!
Role Summary
Collection of Sample for testing.
RM inspection/testing/issue of test reports.
Finished product inspection/testing/issue of test reports.
Corrective and preventive actions as and where applicable.
Approval of sanitized equipment and controlled area.
Generation and maintenance of quality records.
Process validation and cleaning validation.
To perform method validations, miscellaneous validations pertaining to microbiology and equipment performance qualifications.
Equipment qualification and area qualification.
Instrument calibration.
Water testing and environment monitoring.
To perform the microbiological and chemical analysis of source, potable, purified water, preparation of trends and qualification of water systems.
To perform environment monitoring in controlled areas of Biocon group of companies, Microbiology lab, preparation of trends.
Key Responsibilities
Bacterial endotoxin testing.
To perform bacterial endotoxin test, method validations and control curve.
Preparation/Review and maintenance of QC records.
Maintenance and calibration of measuring and testing equipment/instrument belonging to the QC microbiology laboratory in co-ordination with maintenance department.
Preparation/review of product specifications and analytical reports.
Stability samples analysis/review.
Media/reagent preparation
To perform/execute the preparation and sterilization of media, maintenance of media stock, growth promotion testing, reagent and standard preparation.
Operation/calibration/validation of equipments in microbiology section
Operation of relevant equipment’s as specified in the equipment operating procedure, calibration or validation as per the equipment requirements.
MLT
To perform enumeration tests and tests for specified organisms as per relevant general analytical method or standard operating procedure and customer requirements. To perform method validation and trend analysis.
Issue of test reports of RW, in process, finished products and water. Validation protocols and reports, method validation protocols and reports, analysis of data obtained from various test parameters.
