1. Should have worked for vaccines or biologics development projects.
2. Knowledge on stability studies in align with ICH guidelines.
3. Can be able to learn analytical and bioanalytical methods in accordance with SOPs.
4. Should identify the root cause for the failure of test results and take corrective and preventive actions.
5. Experience in analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, SDS PAGE, blotting techniques, ELISAs and biochemical tests.
6. Should be well versed with GDP, GLP and quality compliance.
