Biological E. Limited is hiring for QA Pharmacovigilance, Pharma SGI – USFDA Approved plant, Shamirpet location, Hyderabad.

• Position: Executive/ Senior Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy
• Experience: 5 to 9 years

Job Description:

* Responsible to monitor the pharmacovigilance activities as per the SOPs (US, EU & ROW)
* To coordinate with the third party pharmacovigilance services to obtain the Medical Information Call Center(MICC) reports, Medical literature monitoring (MLM) reports, Individual Case Safety Reports(CSR) and Drafts Periodic Adverse Drug Event Reports (PADER).
* Responsible for Preparation, Review and maintain the Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEA).
* Responsible for Review of Individual Case Safety Reports ICSR).
* To ensure that all the Pharmacovigilance activities were completed and reported in timely manner.
* Responsible to Review and maintain the Medical literature monitoring (MLM) schedule and Periodic Adverse Drug Event Reports (PADER) calendar.
* Responsible for Handling of market complaints, Investigations and Proposing appropriate CAPAS Accordingly.
* Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Responsible for the preparation of market complaints Trends as per the SOP requirements.
* Preparation of ADE summary reports as applicable (Adverse Event).
*Responsible for initiation of Change Controls, Deviations and CAPAS.

About the Role:This role, you will play a vital part in driving our sustainability roadmap, embedding ESG principles into our business practices, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Support the design and execution of ESG & sustainability strategies aligned with company goals

✔️ Collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related data (energy, emissions, water, waste, social impact, governance)

✔️ Assist in preparing sustainability reports (GRI, BRSR, CDP, SDGs, etc.)

✔️ Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and disclosure requirements

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for ESG initiatives

✔️ Drive projects in energy efficiency, waste management, water stewardship & carbon footprint reduction

✔️ Support training and engagement programs to build a culture of sustainability

Qualifications & Skills:🎓 Graduate / Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field

📊 3–7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles

🌐 Knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, BRSR, TCFD, SDGs)

💡 Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

🤝 Collaborative mindset with passion for sustainability and positive impact
