ENGINEERING (INJECTABLES)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer/ Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / ITI (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Fitter)
Job Role:
Mechanical Maintenance:
Ability to handle shift operations for Process Equipment’s like Bio reactors, WFI coolers, centrifuge, autoclaves, glassware washers, media & pooling vessels, TFF, -70 deep freezers, CIP/SIP systems, Bio safety cabinets, sealers, blending equipment’s, autoclaves, vail packing lines, auto cartonating, auto optical testing machine and CIP/SIP systems.
Instrumentation Maintenance:
Ability to handle shift operations for Instrumentation activities like BMS, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, AMC and Interim projects, Reviewing the completion of breakdown status / Calibration / PM works, Handling basic troubleshooting in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition).
Computer System Validation (CSV):
Ability to handle shift operations for the CSV activity of process and utility equipment’s such as Vial washing machine, Tunnel, Vial Filling machine, Capping, labeling machine, Water system, EMS/BMS etc. Responsible to execute take schedule backup of all computerized system. Support for Periodic Evaluation for CSV qualified system. Ensure the data copies availability in secure path and master hard disc with coordination of QA & IT. Maintain computerized systems in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
