Biological E. Limited invites experienced professionals with 1–5 years of relevant experience to join our Vaccines Facility in the following departments:
1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
2. Production – BFPL (Blending & Filling)
3. Engineering – Process Equipment & Instrumentation
Educational Qualifications
> B. Tech (EIE/EEE/ Mech)
> Diploma (Life Sciences)
> B. Sc (Life Sciences)
> ITI (with relevant experience)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Antigens)
> Perform Upstream and Downstream activities for bacterial & viral antigens (vaccines).
> Execute production batches with focus on timely completion and cGMP compliance.
> Complete batch documentation as per cGMP norms. > Hands-on experience in: Chromatography, TFF, Fermenters, Cell Culture, Media Fill, Sterile Filtration, BPR Preparation.
2. Engineering
Process Equipment: -Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance for equipment such as: Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclaves, Labelling Machines, Jacketed Vessels, Lyophilizers.
Manage shift operations effectively.
> Instrumentation:
– Handle shift operations for BMS, calibration, preventive & breakdown maintenance, AMC, and interim projects.
– Review completion of calibration, PM, and breakdown activities.
– Perform basic troubleshooting for PLC & SCADA systems.
3. Production – BFPL (Blending & Filling)
> Blending:
Manage shift planning for formulation activities.
Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP/SIP skids.
> Filling:
Manage shift plans for filling operations.
Operate vacuum systems, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines.
