We’re Hiring – IPR / Patent Associate
About the Role:
Join our IP / R&D team to:
🔸 Conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analyses for formulation products.
🔸 Design IP strategies to protect Cadila’s innovative pharmaceutical inventions.
🔸 Assist in patent prosecution and responses to office actions.
🔸 Manage our patent portfolio (docketing, annuities, pruning).
🔸 Support new product selection by evaluating patentability and risk.
⚙️ What We’re Looking For: M.Pharm
Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant exposure (academic, internships)
Strong analytical mindset + scientific interpretation ability
Good communication skills & cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to learn patent databases and prior-art search
