Face to face interview Address: Tech Mahindra Ltd, Sharda Centre, Kothrud .
Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Qualification: – Undergraduate /Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Shift Timing: – Male– 6:00 am to 11 Pm (Any 9 hours)
No night Shift for Female
Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13200 (in hand)
4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training
Mandatory language- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
