Calyx Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd Walk-in || QC-Officer /Executive

Preferred candidate profile:

• 0-6 Years of experience in Quality Control.
• Male Candidates Require .
• B.sc /M.sc (Chemistry).
• Strong knowledge of method validation, GMP compliance and Stability section.

Role & responsibilities:

1 .To plan, organize, distribute daily routine analysis of quality control activities in absence of Q.C. Manager.

2 .Responsible to review the in-process, raw materials, intermediates, packing materials and Finish API protocols.

3 .To check that all instruments log books are maintained.

4 .To ensure that all the test and analysis of samples carried out in time and to meet approved specification.

5. To check that all instruments are calibrated as per their schedule.

6 .Responsible for initiate handling of QMS documents i.e. incident, change control deviation, etc.

7. To support and investigate the OOS and OOT report with department head.

8. Resolving issues related to instruments, method of analysis, error by analysts, documentation and taking precautions to avoid such issues in future..

9 .To review the training provided and analyst validation protocols.

10 .To review the report received from external laboratories.

11 .To perform Particle Size Analyzer analysis of In-process and Finished goods material.

12 .To perform analytical method validation.

13 .Results recording and release of In process, RM and Finished product in SAP activity.

14 .To ensure all laboratory standards, working standard, reference standard within validity.

15 .To executive for preparation & qualification of laboratory standard.

16 . To plan for peoples in the shift duties for smooth function of laboratory activities.

17. Responsible for co-ordination with all other department in the absence of the Head of the Department.

18. Responsible for health of instruments ask service engineer to visit if required
