Production-
Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol
- Operator – Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machine, vial washing machine and tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel, FFS, Aseptic behavior & practices, blow fill seal machine, area cleaning.
- Officer – Should have sound knowledge of BFS machine operation, aseptic area, maintenance, media fill, batch mfg., CIP, SIP, Autoclave, topical manufacturing.
OSD/Tablet/Capsule
- Operator – Exposure in hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, tablet & packing in OSD manufacturing.
- Officer – Exposure in hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, tablet & packing in OSD manufacturing.
OSD & Sterile Packing
- Operator – Should have sound knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EPI2500, FB300 machine operation.
- Officer – Candidate having experience in different packing lines of OSD & sterile manufacturing.
Engineering-
- Electrical Engineer – Should have knowledge of electrical power system, maintenance, utility & HVAC.
- Mechanical Engineer – Should have knowledge of utility equipment & HVAC, validation, process equipment & maintenance.
- Mechanical Engineer – Should have knowledge of Scada, BMS, communication, PLC & DCS.
Safety-(EHS)
- Should have experience in environment, health & safety preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Exposure working as a safety officer managing work permit, chemical handling, emergency management, EHS management system and process safety.
Quality-
- Quality control -Candidates having experience in HPLC, Stability, PM/RM/FG in process & validation sample analysis.
- Quality Assurance -Candidates having experience in IPQA, Validation, QMS section
- Quality Control – Microbiology -Should have experience in QC – Microbiology
