Role & responsibilities
Knowledge in Advertising Operations with good knowledge in Ad Servers like Google Ad manager and freewheel. Salesforce working experience is an added advantage.
Align individual goals with team objectives Effectively complete assigned work in line with instructions received from Team Managers, Team Leads or Process Specialists.
Strictly adhere to all process guidelines and ensure all agreed standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times.
Ensure team policies are followed and met as documented Demonstrate good understanding of processes by staying updated and contributing to the creation of knowledge repositories.
Develop good knowledge of tools and platforms including authoring tools web crawling and or any other applicable applications Continuously improve domain knowledge and develop understanding of best practices with the help of peers Team Leads Managers.
Raise process related issues concerns on time with process and team leads Provide process improvement ideas and support Process Specialists. Team Leads in implementing process improvement projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting and Analytics knowledge is required.
Work in different rotational shifts on both IST and EST as you will be supporting US regions, includes the weekend rotational support as well.
