Role & responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze customer data ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reservations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel management systems and processes.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality.

Assist in developing strategies to optimize travel management and reservation processes.

Monitor customer interactions and provide insights for service improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

Support the team in achieving service targets and performance metrics.

Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends to maintain service excellence

Preferred candidate profile

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.

Exhibit strong skills in travel management and customer service.

Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Show familiarity with reservation systems and processes.

Display a customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
