Role & responsibilities

Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is Maintained.

Making sure the listing is completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.

Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement Should be able to take manage his/her own performance.

Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.

Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer Escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Experience in International Voice Process in English & Hindi.

Proficient in reading & speaking of Hindi and English.

Should be proficient with computers and MS office

Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language.

Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & Geography.

Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor.

Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement.

Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice.
