We are seeking a Process Executive for our Life and Annuities Insurance and Finance & Accounting domains. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience and proficiency in MS Excel. This role requires strong English language skills and the ability to work night shifts from our office. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.

Support the Finance & Accounting team with reconciliations and analysis of financial data.

Monitor and process insurance claims ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.

Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of financial processes to supervisors.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documentation.

Utilize MS Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for tracking financial performance and metrics.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company policies.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing enhancements to existing procedures.

Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data in accordance with company policies.

Adapt to the dynamic work environment and be flexible in handling various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Have foundational knowledge in Finance & Accounting principles and practices.

Demonstrate understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance processes and regulations.

Exhibit excellent English language skills for effective communication.

Show attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.

Be able to work night shifts and adapt to the office work model.
