Role & responsibilities
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time. Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
- Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement.
- Should be able to take manage his/her own performance
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
- Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in reading & speaking of Hindi and English.
- Should be proficient with computers and MS office
- Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language.
- Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & geography and customer support.
- Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor.
- Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement.
- Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice.
