Job Responsibility :
- Monitor and implement cGMP and Quality Systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and review the Quality Manual and Site Master File, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the document control program, ensuring accurate preparation and review of QMS documents such as Change Controls and Deviations.
- Implement quality systems to maintain compliance and address any non-conformities.
- Prepare, review, and revise SOPs and master documents, ensuring they are current and effectively implemented.
- Host inspections and respond to observations, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly.
- Plan and implement self-inspection programs to identify and rectify potential issues.
- Handle training activities to ensure staff are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, addressing any work exigencies that arise.

Job Responsibility :
- Monitoring of cGMP, GDP and Quality Systems implementation
- To support during regulatory inspection.
- Preparation and / or review of documents related to GMP, SOPs and protocols.
- To verify dispensing activities of RM and PM.
- To carry out In-process activities, which include Line clearance and sampling of in-process sample, finished product, stability samples, control samples, PV sample, cleaning validation sample, market complaint sample and other sample as per requirement.
- To review periodically records i.e. Usage log, area cleaning, calibration record, BMR/BPR/Protocol, Engineering service note, preventive maintenance record, Material destruction record, Material return note, etc.
- Execution of validation and hold time study activities.
- To collect necessary data as per validation and hold time study protocol for preparation of reports and compilation.
- Preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Report.
- To coordinate with all department.
- Responsible for any additional responsibility given by senior from time to time.
