💼 Open Positions & Departments

The drive is specifically for the Analytical Method Development and Validation department, focused on OSD Formulations (Tablets, Capsules, & Ointments).

1. Analytical Method Development

• Method Development: Assays, Impurities, and Dissolution for regulatory markets.
• GLP Activities: Instrument calibration & maintenance, CGLP, SOP preparation, ALCOA++, and QC experience.
• Routine Analysis on HPLC: Method development and routine analysis on HPLC for Assay and Dissolution tests.
• Documentation: Preparation of Specifications, STPs, SOPs, and handling of QMS activities (Change Control, Deviation, OOTs).
• Instrument & GLP Compliance: Calibration, maintenance, CGLP, ALCOA++, and SOP compliance.

2. Analytical Method Validation

• Method Validation: Validation of Assay, Related Substances, and Dissolution for finished products as per ICH guidelines (Europe, Brazil, Canada markets, etc.).
• Compliance Standards: Experience with ALCOA++, CSV, and CGLP.
• Validation Deliverables: Preparing method validation/transfer protocols, reports, validation templates, managing OOS/OOT investigations, and QMS/risk assessments.
• GDP & Data Integrity: Understanding of GDP, ICH Q2, pharmacopeia requirements, GMP, and Data Integrity principles.

⚠️ Important Instructions for Candidates

Eligibility: Only candidates coming from an OSD background (Tablets, Capsules & Ointments) will be considered.

Market Exposure: Relevant experience in regulated markets is mandatory.
