Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance of R&D activities with GMP, GLP, GDP, ICH, FDA & EMA requirements.
• Review and approve R&D, analytical, formulation, stability and technical documentation.
• Review MFR/MPR, specifications, STPs, stability protocols, risk assessments, PDP/PDR and development reports.
• Oversee document control, training, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
• Approve IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and support analytical laboratory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits of AR&D and FR&D laboratories.
• Coordinate method transfer, technology transfer and CMO-related quality documentation.
• Support responses to global regulatory queries and ensure timely closure of compliance activities.
• Review and approve GMP documentation related to processes, equipment and analytical activities.
