Brief Job Description:
• Read and understand pre-formulation requirements
• Ability to work with wide variety of excipients, API and dosage forms
• Know-how of various formulations combinations to address the solubility issues
• Preclinical formulation development for pharmacokinetic, toxicology,& in vivo efficacy studies
• Bioavailability enhancement of compounds
• Develop and achieve robust formulations and processes through optimization, scale-up and validation work
• Develop HPLC/UPLC-UV-based methods for conducting formulation analysis under GLP and Non-GLP modes with sound knowledge of column chemistry and chromatography
2) Role: Bioanalytical

Brief Job Description:
• Process pharmacokinetic samples, cellular and tissue samples for analysis by tandem Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS)
• Operate, maintain, and develop qualitative and quantitative LC and LC/MS/MS methods
• Prepare samples, chemicals, reagents, and solutions for routine assay procedures as described in various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Schedule and run samples using appropriate software for the routine processing of analytical batches using analytical techniques
• Assist in the development of methods of analysis in order to deliver fully validated assays
