Roles and Responsibilities –
* Conduct Lab Scale Experiments as per the process requirements
* Optimization of reaction parameter to establish maximum field and quality
* Guiding subordinate for optimization of process parameters
* Development of Technology in Lab Scale and Execute in plant successively
* Assist demo batches on plant scale
* Development of ROS for API’s and their intermediates on Lab Scale & Plant scale
